These are the new launch projects I market as an appointed salesperson, so the detail on each page comes from the developer's own material rather than a listing portal. Every project page carries a live price list drawn from Huttons showing what is available, sold or reserved at the time you look at it.

Which new launch projects do you market?

Seven at present: Newport Residences at 80 Anson Road, One Marina Gardens in Marina South, W Residences Marina View, Hudson Place Residences at one-north, Thomson Reserve at Bright Hill Drive, Amberwood at Holland on Holland Link, and The Serra Residences at 7 Bassein Road. Each has its own page with unit types, location, developer background and pricing.

How do I get the price list for a project?

Every project page has a Pricing section carrying a live price list drawn from Huttons, showing which units are available, sold or reserved. Availability and pricing change, so check the live list rather than a saved copy, and message me for the current developer incentives.
