What I Offer
Six areas of practice, covering the full arc of a Singapore property decision — from first enquiry through to tenancy renewal.
Most of what follows starts the same way: a conversation about what you are actually trying to achieve, before any property is discussed. The right answer is sometimes to wait, and you should hear that from your agent rather than work it out later.
Expert guidance on buying and selling private condominiums, HDB upgrader properties, and landed homes across Singapore's most sought-after districts.
First-hand access and priority allocation for Singapore's most anticipated new launches. Informed advice on developer pricing, floor plan selection, and investment merit.
Discreet marketing and acquisition of ultra-luxury residences in Districts 9, 10, and 11 — GCB zones, penthouse suites, and premium riverfront addresses.
Data-driven portfolio strategy tailored to your financial objectives — rental yield optimisation, capital appreciation planning, and ABSD/SSD mitigation.
End-to-end rental management from tenant sourcing and lease negotiation to tenancy renewal — maximising your asset's income potential effortlessly.
Specialised advisory for foreign nationals and PRs navigating Singapore's property regulations, ownership eligibility, and cross-border investment structuring.
For buyers and new launch purchasers, my service is at no cost to you — agent commissions are paid by the seller or developer. For sellers, standard commission applies. All initial consultations are complimentary and obligation-free.
Stamp duty is usually the largest single cost after the property itself, and it is worth knowing your exposure before you view anything. The calculators work out Buyer's Stamp Duty with ABSD by buyer profile, Seller's Stamp Duty including the 4 July 2025 rule change, and what you can borrow under TDSR — each shown band by band so you can check it against IRAS yourself.
Describe the situation and I will tell you plainly whether I can help.
